The 2009 edition of the Hip Hop World Awards was held at the International Congress Centre, Abuja on Saturday 16th May 2009. Here is a list of winners:

'What's New Magazine' New Generation Issue is out.

The new edition of What's New Magazine is out with a different style. The new edition tagged 'The New Generation Issue features top club owners in Nigeria; Louise Priddy that runs Bacchus/Posh Cafe/Sixdegreesnorth and Ruby Dabbour that runs Caliente.
The magazine also unveils a list of 'Top 30 Young Nigerians' the long list consists - Chika Nwobi of Mtech, Kaine Agary winner NLNG Literary Prize for Literature, 9ice, D'Banj, 2face, TY Bello, Chiwetel Ejiorfor etc.

The magazine in its usual style also shares a list of events to watch out for in June and early July, Sections like the What's new and What's Hot are up-to-date to show you new and hot stuffs in vogue.
